One last smoothie recipe! (This is also in the Standard Process cookbook.)
1/2 cup coconut milk (I combine both coconut milk in the can and in the carton. The fat in the canned coconut milk is really good for you.)
1/4 cup pineapple, chopped (I try to keep some in the freezer)
2 carrots, halved (I use a handful of the little “baby” organic carrots.)
1 medium apple, quartered
1/4 tsp. fresh ginger
2 or 3 drops orange flavored liquid stevia drops (optional)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (or amount of a single serving of your particular protein powder)
1/4 to 1/2 cup water (or amount needed to blend to desired consistency)
Put it all in your blender and mix it up!
