Dairy Free Fudgesicle

If you are eating “dairy free” or even if you aren’t, these are really good!   You are getting good fats from the avocado and coconut milk.    The cocoa powder helps with the chocolate cravings and they can be made “sugar free”.  What more could you want from a Fudgesicle?

1 avocado  (I know this sounds strange)

1 banana

1 can full fat coconut milk  (organic is best)

1 tsp. vanilla

pinch salt

1/4 cup cocoa powder

2 – 3 Tabs. maple syrup or honey or stevia or xylitol or combo

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend away until smooth.   Taste for sweetness and add more if necessary.

(If you want to eat this lovely mixture as a pudding, refrigerate until cold.)   To make Fudgesicles pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm.
